In the event you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, Armoura Designs Ltd. offer a hassle free returning option. A refund can be obtained on items returned within 30 days of receipt or an exchange can be obtained within 30 days of receipt of purchases.

Should you wish to return items purchased online you can do so by:

Refunds can only be made in the original tender of purchase. Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. If the original payment type is unavailable, we can offer you an exchange or a balance transfer. We are happy to refund your items provided they are returned to us tagged, unused with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 30 days of receipt of purchases. (minus shipping and handling charges). Armoura Designs Ltd is not responsible for lost returns.

An exchange or credit can be given provided items are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging and are fit for resale and returned to us within 30 days of receipt of purchases.

Returns and exchanges can be made on full or partial transactions. We adopt a no quibble policy to products with a manufacturing defect. For reasons of hygiene, unless faulty or not as described, we cannot offer an exchange or refund on Earrings.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning your online purchase/s by courier, please follow these important Returns Guidelines in order to help us process your refund/exchange efficiently.
1. Ensure the goods are packed in their original packaging.
2. Include the following details with your return:
Customer Name; Order Number; Returning items Description; Reason for Return.
3. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 30 days for your account to be credited. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Please retain proof of tracking. Armoura Designs Ltd. is not responsible for lost returns. Please note all breakages on receipt must be notified to Armoura Designs Ltd. within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email.

The original delivery charge will not be refunded if an item is unwanted, this does not apply during the cooling off period. The return delivery charge will not be refunded. The above policy does not apply for items purchased in-store and does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note all returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.

Shipping Destinations
Armoura Designs Ltd. is now shipping to over 120 countries around the world. You can see a current list when you add items to your cart to check out. If you would like further information on shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Processing Times
It usually takes less than 2 business days from the time your order is received by our warehouse for the order to be processed, packed, and ready for shipping. NOTE: “Overnight”, “2-Day” and “3-Day” packages are given priority status and are packed and shipped first. If you are in a hurry, or need guaranteed delivery dates, please select one of our expedited methods. These orders will get shipped out on the same day if they are ordered before 12:00 noon GMT and will ship the next business day guaranteed if they are placed after 12:00 noon MST.

Please note that if your billing address is different from your shipping address, there may be shipping delays if we determine that we need additional information from you to ensure that the order is not fraudulent.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive email with complete information on what was shipped and a valid tracking number. That number can be used to track your package in transit. If you have already placed an order and would like to track it, Please use your tracking number from your order confirmation to find your order via the Fedex website,

Back orders / Out of Stock Items
It is not the standard policy of Armoura Designs Ltd. to accept back orders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order. If you need any assistance or have questions regarding an order, please contact us.


Customs duties and taxes
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Armoura Designs Ltd. charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

Customs sticker
Armoura Designs Ltd. is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Irish shipments.
We are unable to honour any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

A Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to orders shipped within the European Union. This is at the rate of 23%. The total VAT charges (if any) will be calculated for you before you place your order. No VAT will apply to orders outside of the European Union.
Please note: No money will be taken from your account until the items you ordered are ready to be shipped

Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy and your shipping address. Usually FedEx Priority or FedEx Economy are available, see below for pricing and delivery times.

DPD: Usually takes 7 to 14 days depending on product availability.
Surface: May take up to 12 weeks depending on product availability.

Other European Destinations:
FedEx: 2 days depending on product availability.
DPD: Usually takes 7 to 14 days depending on product availability.

USA and Canada:

Priority: 2/3 days with Priority depending on product availability.

Economy: 4/5 Days.

Far East, Australia & New Zealand:
FedEx: Usually takes 7 to 14 days depending on product availability.

Rest of the World:
